Pjaaaaaaaaaanoooooo.

High Contrast really has turned into a proper sellout of late. Not only does he give Eric Prydz's latest Chav anthem 'Pjanoo' a breakbeat, but he's also been giving the same treatment to Axwell, Adele, and Utah Saints. It's enough for a drum and bass section at any towny club in any town. Apparently, loads of credible DJs have been playing this out, but I really struggle with, especially because of the bloody piano. C'mon High Contrast, you used to be an absolute don, please stop putting us through the sound of the Printworks.

you say high contrast is a sell out?! why shouldnt the best drum an bass producer on the planet earn himself a little cash out of the genre he helped to create? a year or so ago no house athems got their drum an bass remixes played on mainstream radio. i aint a massive drum an bass fan, but i love great tunes, so if "selling out" means i get to hear quality drum an bass on daytime radio, then im all for it!! p.s. the high contrast remix is the best remix of pjanoo by miles, an this is coming from a proper house/electro head.

Q: How can someone with that hair be a sellout.

what you chattin' about? All those tunes are sick, and only high contrast could pull it off. He's a dream and sees DnB anthems where no one else looks.

Sometimes I feel that way about drum 'n' bass as well... Soon it will all be Norwegian Blue-worthy crap. It'sa good thing High Contrast actually has some awesome output.
